Dr. DiSogra started his private consulting practice in 2016. 

He continues to lecture on a variety of audiology topics to state, 

national and international audiology associations.

Dr. DiSogra has taught on-line classes in Pharmacology as well as in-class audiology subjects.

From 1985 until 2015 Dr. DiSogra maintained a successful full-time

audiology private practice in 

Freehold, New Jersey. 

His practice provided diagnostic and rehabilitation hearing services to

 infants, children  and adults.

Prior to opening his private practice Dr. DiSogra was the 

Director of the Cochlear Implant Program 

for a biomedical research company

in Princeton, NJ. 

The company was conducting

Phase II clinical trials 

for their cochlear implant system. 

The device investigation team was based at 

Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.

The early part of Dr. DiSogra's  career was spent at the 

Kennedy Medical Center Johnson Rehabilitation Institute 

in Edison NJ (1977-1984) as a staff audiologist.

Dr. DiSogra developed and taught the

Pharmacology/Ototoxicity distance learning course at 

Salus University for five years (2000 - 2005). He is an adjunct lecturer at Salus. 

2019: Dr. DiSogra currently teaches both sections of the Aural Rehabilitation course at Kean University (Spring Semester)

2018: Dr. DiSogra taught Aural Rehabilitation class at Kean University (Spring semester)

He also taught the Basic Audiology class at Kean University (Fall semester)

2017: Dr. DiSogra taught the on-line class  

Pharmacology/Ototoxic Drug Monitoring

at the University of South Alabama. 

Prior to 2017: Dr. DiSogra has also taught doctoral level/graduate and

undergraduate Audiology courses at 

St. John's University, Rutgers University and Kean University (NJ).

Dr. DiSogra has  published numerous articles on a variety of audiology topics. 

He continues to lecture nationally and internationally on these topics.
